Most of my journal is friends only. Yesh, even the memes. I am, however, worth the effort of trying to get past this line of defense. You most likely won't have to try very hard. I very rarely anger, rarely use harsh words. The Word is a very powerful tool, and I choose to use it for good, light and harmony...most of the time. I recognize the fact that I am not perfect, but by living in the moment I find the perfection therein. I try my berry vest to live by the words of Don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements:
- BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD
- DON'T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY
- DON'T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS
- ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST
If you haven't read this book, I highly recommend you do so.
I also highly recommend that you drink more water (your body weight in lbs / 2 = no. of oz of water you should drink daily). Dr. Masaru Emoto is an excellent source of wisdom regarding water (http://www.masaru-emoto.net/english/entop.html).
After being raised nondenominationalfundamentalistxian, I spent a number of years devoid of a spiritual life. Through the teachings of first wicca and then shamanism, I re-opened my heart-space to Spirit/Creator/The Devine/Goddess/God/All That Is. I guess the closest to a one word definition that could be used for me is Theosophist.
I very rarely feel fear now. Isn't fear the great mind killer?
Oh yeah, and I'm a geek, too.
